This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided to anchor.team sp.z o.o. via the contact form.

In the interest of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We make sure that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law – in particular the general regulation on the protection of personal data, the act on the protection of personal data, the act on the provision of electronic services, the act – telecommunications law.

Personal data is processed by us in order to answer the inquiries provided in the contact form, and may also be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of our services.

Providing data is voluntary, but it is a condition for the implementation of the function of a specific form or obtaining an answer to a given question.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the consent granted in the scope of contact and may be processed on the basis of the right to implement the legitimate interests of the administrator regarding the performance of direct marketing of its services.

The personal data provided to us will be stored for the period necessary to complete the contact and any additional inquiries and to implement the legitimate interests pursued by us as the data controller or until the consent is withdrawn or objected to the processing of data for marketing purposes.

The personal data provided to us may be transferred by us to external IT service providers, as well as other service providers with whom we cooperate, e.g. accountants, lawyers. If the transfer takes place to a third country, we ensure that the legally required standards for the protection of personal data are met in each case. DATA PROCESSING AS PART OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The administrator of your data processed as part of the recruitment process is anchor.team sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Poznań, ul. st. Marcin 29/8, 61-806 Poznań, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the number KRS 0000561985, REGON 361723055, NIP 7831727441, as an employer.

Your personal data in the scope indicated in the provisions of the labor law (Article 221 of the Labor Code) will be processed in order to conduct the current recruitment procedure (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), while other data, including contact details, on the basis of consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

If you apply for employment under a civil law contract, including B2B, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (s) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

We will also process your personal data in future recruitments, if you give your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

The personal data provided to us may be transferred by us to external IT service providers, as well as subcontractors and other service providers with whom we cooperate, e.g. accountants, lawyers. If the transfer takes place to a third country, we ensure that the legal standards for the protection of personal data are met in each case. Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process. In the case of employment, we will store personal data for the duration of the contract and after its expiry for the time necessary to pursue any claims related to it and to fulfill archiving obligations in the field of employee documentation.

If you consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be stored until the end of the next calendar year after the year in which it was collected.

You have the right to:

1) access your data and receive a copy of it

2) rectify (correct) your personal data;

3) restrictions on the processing of personal data;

4) deletion of personal data;

5) lodging a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from art. 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data by you is voluntary.
